When using TOS6200 series with the optional test probe (LP01-TOS), measurement data cannot be retrieved on the PC. How can I retrieve measurement data using LP01-TOS? (Note: Data can be retrieved with the supplied test lead TL11-TOS.)

To use LP01-TOS remotely via RS232C, follow the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the START switch on LP01-TOS.
  2. While holding the START switch, send the START command from the PC.

This will start the test. The test will continue as long as the START switch is pressed.
If the START switch is released during the test, the test will stop.
When interrupted, the measurement data at the point of interruption will be saved.
