How to use
You can update the PLZ5WH/5WH2’s firmware by using a USB memory device.
Save the update files (Update.img, CHECKSUM.md5) in the root directory of the USB memory device. Do not change the names of the update files.
Press SYSTEM, Admin, and then Firmware Update.
Insert the USB memory device on which the update files have been saved into the USB port on the front panel, and then press Execute. (An update screen appears.)
Press ENTER.
Do not turn off the POWER switch while updating is in progress. Do not remove the USB memory device.
After the update complete screen is displayed, turn the POWER switch off and then back on.
Updating is complete.
The user’s manual for the PLZ-5WH Series (firmware versions 2.1X as of this writing) is still valid after updating to ver. 2.20.
