Sequences can be created by commands from a PC via the communication interface and executed either by panel operation or via the communication interface.

The specifications of the sequence programs are as follows:

Number of programs: 1
Number of steps: 64
Step execution time: 0.1 to 360,000 s
Repetition count: 1 to 99,998
Minimum resolution for ramp setting: 0.1 s

Although the minimum step execution time is 0.1 seconds, it is important to note that the rise and fall times of the output voltage would take several tens of milliseconds. The fall time depends on the load conditions and can be even longer at no load, reaching several hundred milliseconds.
